A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $800 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduling the appointment.
Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American General, American Express and CareCredit are all accepted in our office.
Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to five years are available based on applicant's credit approval.
